ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN.

1

Submit an Inquiry to Admissions.

Submitting an inquiry allows our Admissions Team to get to know your family while giving you the opportunity to share basic information and confirm alignment with CCA’s covenant partnership, so we can follow up with personalized guidance and next steps.

2

Review our beliefs and what covenant partnership means.

While you wait for a member of our Admissions Team or a school ambassador to reach out, we invite you to take time to review CCA’s beliefs and what covenant partnership means.

CCA is a covenant Christian school, and our partnership with families is grounded in shared beliefs and a shared commitment to discipleship. Reviewing our Statement of Faith, mission, and covenant partnership expectations helps ensure clarity and alignment as we walk through the admissions process together.

This step prepares families for meaningful conversations with our team and a strong, prayerful partnership moving forward.

3

Schedule a Campus Tour.

Your on-campus experience is a meaningful and required part of the admissions process.

This approximately two-hour guided tour gives your family the opportunity to experience CCA firsthand. You’ll visit classrooms, meet department leaders, and learn more about our academics, campus safety, and overall student experience. The tour is designed to be informational and conversational, allowing plenty of time to ask questions and explore whether CCA is the right fit for your child.

4

Submit an Application.

As part of this step, you will upload your child’s most recent report cards and standardized testing results, along with any relevant information regarding learning accommodations or IEPs, if applicable. The application fee is $52 per student.

After materials are reviewed, some students may be invited to complete an academic screening.

Kindergarten applicants will complete a required readiness assessment.

Secondary applicants will complete a short, in-person writing exercise as part of the process.

5

Complete a Shadow Day and Family Interview.

For students in 1st grade through 12th grade, a shadow day is one of the final steps in the admissions process.

Students spend a full school day alongside current CCA students, participating in classes and experiencing daily life on campus. This is not an assessment day, but an opportunity for students and the school to ensure a strong mutual fit. Secondary students will complete their in-person writing exercise during the shadow day.

Following the shadow experience, families may be invited to a family interview with the Admissions Team. This informal conversation allows parents to ask any remaining questions and review next-step details such as uniforms, schedules, and expectations.
